The cleaning company does not offer refunds. In the unfortunate event that a client is not the case with a service performed by The Cleaning Company, the problem must be rejected by us within 24 hours after the end of the service. Once we have established that the requirement is reality-based, we will rectify the issues at no extra cost to customers within 48 hours.
New customers and “one-time” clients will be asked to pay 50% of the quoted fee for the first service upon booking, the remaining balance is paid immediately after the service is performed.
One-time orders can be canceled up to 72 hours before the scheduled cleaning. After this point, 50% of the total fee will be charged.
Regular cleaning and other service clients are paid for by repeated payments, which must be predicted before or on the day of cleaning. Any cleaning canceled less than 72 hours before the scheduled cleaning will be charged in full.
